Cloverdale Business Improvement Association

Cloverdale Business Improvement Association

The Cloverdale BIA was established in 1995 with a mission to foster, encourage, and champion businesses in the Cloverdale area. We also aim to represent the collective interests of business and property owners in the Cloverdale Town Centre Community.

Our primary goal is to enhance businesses in the Cloverdale Town Centre through the provision of various resources and programs, emphasizing why this community has been ‘A Good Place to Grow since 1870!

The BIA is run by a volunteer board of directors who are elected members from the local business and property owners’ community. There are also a number of other volunteers and organizations like the Surrey Assoc. for Community Living, the BC Vintage Truck Museum and Surrey Crime Prevention Society that aid the BIA in numerous ways.
