NEW 2018 CLOVERDALE TOWN CENTRE DEVELOPMENTS
The historic Cloverdale Town Centre (circa 1870) is around 297 hectares of land centrally located by Highway 10 and Highway 15. Cloverdale is part of the City of Surrey and the quintessential small town encompasses multiple residential and urban
residential zones, and commercial and industrial zones which are surrounded by farm land.
The Town Centre has a number of new developments and is quickly growing with more apartments, town homes and mixed use projects. It has become part of a service and entertainment district which includes a large fairgrounds which is home to numerous trade buildings, an amphitheatre, horse barns, a standard bred racetrack, full service casino (Elements Surrey), the BC Vintage Truck Museum, skateboard park, a very large recreation centre, curling rink, and skating arena with two new skating rinks just starting to be built.
On Highway #10 there are several malls, Kwantlen Polytechnic University, the Surrey Heritage Railway and the expanding Museum of Surrey.

The Heads Up program is a program initiated by the Cloverdale BIA that helps local businesses protect themselves from criminal activity around the neighborhood. Similar to a neighborhood watch program, local businesses report instances of criminal or suspicious activity happening in Cloverdale. With this, we are able to inform business owners about these instances and help these businesses protect themselves from criminal activity.
